This is a good product well worth trying, I will be buying again, again.

It helps my little one (5y) fall asleep faster, he wakes up in much better mood.

I'm increasingly sceptical of supplements produced in China, as they commonly don't taste anything like the ingredients that they claim to contain. This one is slightly different in that it's manufactured for a UK-based company, and a company that claims to care about the quality of their product.Oddly, the front of the packet contains the text "100% organic", though none of the ingredients are listed as being organic, and the claim isn't verified by anyone.The taste is very sweet, and there is no aftertaste, which is a little unusual for 'stevia'. Magnesium glycinate doesn't have a particularly strong taste, and there is nothing that I can discern in this product.So it's hard to say whether it's a great product or not. It might well be. It's certainly not unpleasant to take. It comes nicely packaged, in a dark brown glass bottle with a handy dropper. It takes some investigation to discern the recommended dose, which is 2ml per day (seemingly), equating to 2 full droppers (roughly). It says to take it in the evening, which from what I know is because magnesium can make you a little bit drowsy.

I often go through stages of not being able to sleep properly. I was getting fed up with using sleeping tablets and was recommended to try this product. I was skeptical, however I tried them the day I received the delivery (which came next day) and I slept like a baby! I didn't wake up groggy, like some sleeping tablets made me feel, and I stayed asleep all night. My father in law mentioned that he was having trouble with his sleep, so he tried this product and had the best night sleep he had in years. I hasn't really reserved magnesium before and I surprised how many benefits it gives you. I would thoroughly recommend this for a great night's sleep but also for an overall feeling of wellbeing.

This works well. I've used probably 6 different brands over the last 6 months and they've all been equally effective. The only differences have been taste (sweetness) and price. This one falls into the latter bracket having skyrocketed in price from 9.99 to 15.99. Read the reviews, do your own research and make up your own mind. I will return to my previous brand

We're a couple in our 50's and both of us taking 2ml per night, our 12yr old is taking 0.05ml. we are all feeling the benefit of this amazing tinkture, it works straight away and you can feel your body and mind just relax, next comes the eyes shut, good night Irene, waking up fresh as a daisy the next day. My dreams have also calmed down in the way of no dreams for the last few nights.. so I'm not feeling exhausted anymore, we love it and we're be buying 2 bottles next time because we're sharing at the moment....love it, everyone should be taking this!!!

I wanted to wait for nearly a month using it to be able to give you an honest review!First things first , it taste lovely!Secondly my sleep has been AMAZING! Bearing in mind my sleep has been terrible my whole adult life and I’m 43!!Thirdly, I’ve noticed my anxiety that I have been experiencing from my perimenopause has disappeared and I feel so happy and calm.Overall a massive thumbs up! Rate this product so highly and wanted to shout it from the rooftops.
