I love this bag! All my gym gear fir volleyball ,including my shoes, fit! I use the small internal bag for a small medkit, and I have enough pouches and pockets for snacks, socks, clothes, wallet, keys and water bottle. It's handy to have that extended length too.

My son loves this bag for his MMA gear. He actually has it in two colors. He loves that you can adjust the straps to use as a backpack and it fits a lot of gear. He also used it as a carry-on for a cross country flight. Has a zippered section to keep your dirty, smelly or wet clothes in.

My 18 year old grandson loves this bag. He says everything he needs to carry to the gym, including shoes, fits very well inside. He likes the red trim too.

So far, the bag is fantastic. I thought I stuffed it to capacity and the zippers did not pop. I turned the bag upside down and learned of an additional pouch. Go figure!
