Feels fantastic
Provides cooling relief and a bit of compression. Easy on and easy off. I LOVE this!! I know I’ll get even more use after my ACL surgery, but even for minor pain relief it’s fantastic. Great price, too.*edit - I am now post surgery and using this sleeve more than ever. Since I cannot put it on OVER my brace, I just lay it on top and still get the cooling effect I need.I would highly suggest that people keep the zippered plastic bag that it comes in to keep the sleeve material from fraying. I’ve had mine since January and it’s in great shape, with no leakage of any type.

The most comfortable elbow sleeve
After cubital tunnel surgery, this has been a godsend. It's super comfortable and fits well. It stays cold and feels good against the skin. Works very well for the price.

Works as expected
I have a couple of these for the head for when I have bad headaches. When I hurt my knee and needed to ice it regularly, I bought one of these. It works as expected and is much easier than dealing with ice or other ice packs and figuring out how to keep it where it needs to be.Pros:Stays in placeLasts a couple of hours after being frozen at least overnightFlexible - you can move around with itFull coverage - it's a sleeve that you stick your leg into and so it covers all around the knee area including the backside as well as ~2 inches above and below the knee.Comes in a reusable bag to store it inCons:Can be too cold. I place a microfiber towel under it to start. After about 15-20 minutes I can remove the towel and still benefit from the coldness for a good 15-20 minutes more.Be sure to look at the sizing chart. I got the medium being 5 foot and 140 lbs., and it's a little snug. However, a size larger may have been too loose. Remember that it's meant to be compression.

Comfortable, easy to use product.
I bought the sleeve for a knee injury. I keep it in the freezer (inserted in both plastic bags) and put it on straight from the freezer as it's not too cold for me. It stays cold for about 20 minutes but I keep the sleeve on for a couple of hours beyond that, it makes walking less painful. The medium works for my knee but if I were to buy one for the elbow, I'd buy a smaller size.

Pretty Good Product
Nice, comfortable fit that runs true to size.Works well for cold or hot. For hot, 20 secs in the microwave and then in 10 sec increments until you get the temp you want. Be sure to flip it if you are using it in the microwave--don't just microwave one side.

Three stars is a generous rating
I am a small female with thin legs and ordered the small-medium sleeve. It is uncomfortably tight with little cold felt when applied. The coolness lasted maybe 10 minutes, but the sleeve itself was just uncomfortable. The sleeve concept is pretty good, this must be applied over bare skin since it is impossible to pull up when wearing thin pants. I will stick with the Velcro cold wrap that I can apply over thin leggings.

Very good item to surround area with cold or hot
We have two and they work great for a cold compress. We bought two because as good as they are, they only retain temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Having the second one allows for a recommended period of application of cold or hot. I would also issue a caution for using hot. Test the hot with hand before putting this on a leg. It can be very painful if to hot from the microwave.
