Has been great for my bleached hair and works better than other top more expensive brands. Follow instructions tho. Can leave temporary light purple hue if left on longer than suggested, duh. I rinsed with a little conditioner for easier brushing.

Holy cow. I can't tell you how many purple shampoos, platinum toners and blonde masques I have tried before stumbling upon this. I have fairly thick naturally medium red hair, so I always have a fair amount of yellow after bleaching. Usually I end up with purple streaks and still a good amount of yellow after most purple shampoos and conditioners, (even the good brands like Joico color balance) but this one really works! I went from lemon yellow roots to this in 4 shampoos.Yes it stinks like the home perm I got when I was 12, and it's drying, but I used Joico K-Pak afterwards and it's back to normal and the smell was removed by the Joico conditioner (my brutally honest 7 year old gave me the smell test and I passed).Great value for money, wish I'd found it sooner! Could have saved a lot of cash and saved my hair from a lot of damage.

Lifted all yellow undertone from my wig and made it icy blonde.

Haven't used it yet, but the bottle is tiny. I should have read the description closer. Will be OK to take on vacation as it is trial size.
