No, this will not fit with the added bulk of the Crimson Trace.

Q: Will this fit the new Colt Cobra?

I have both a Ruger SP 101 and the new Colt 2017 Cobra. The Ruger fits into this holster perfectly. The Colt does not do well in this holster. The problem with the Colt is that the trigger guard is larger than the old Detective Special. This results in the Colt not aligning properly in the holster as the trigger guard rides against the retention screw and cants the gun forward. the hammer also interferes with the strap being secured. Perfect holster for the Ruger but I would look elsewhere for the Colt.
