Product defect
The item was delivered on 2nd Feb 2025 and the product is not working as of today 19th Feb 2025 . Either u send a technician or replace

Expensive
Product works fine and plays DVDs of all region code. The cost should have been lower

Misleading specification not multi region
This model is not multi region compatible. I specifically ordered a multi region compatible player but have instead got one that is set for US and Canada regions only. I cannot play a single dvd because of invalid region error code

Multiple music device
The pins of adopter should be routine than this and HDMI cable should be supplied even on additional cost otherwise we can't buy it outside suitably. It's having much more setting process that we can't follow it.

Non functioning remote received. No replacements available in India. Impossible to use without it.
