Hi, there is a long list, so here it is. I sat on my garage floor and wrote this all down for 10 minutes, lol. Fish Meal, wheat flour, flaked corn, brewers yeast, corn gluten meal, wheat starch, rice bran, spirulina, garlic, DL Methionine, astaxanthin, choline chloride, vitamin E, L ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate, Vitamin C, inositol d-calcium polyphosphate, riboflavin, Vitamin A, thiamine, mononitrate, niacin, folic acid, D3 biotin, disodiaum phosphate, ferrous sulfate, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper, sulfate, calcium iodate, red 3 yellow 5 (color). Analysis, 40% protein, 4% fat, 4% fiber, 10% moisture, 15% ash, 1% phosphorous, 14,000 iu Vitamin A, 2200 iu D3, 470 iu E, 320 mg Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). I can also tell you that I have a large koi pond in Hawaii and when I had a problem with my pond turning green (I was using Walmart Koi food), the pond expert who does all the top resorts said to use this fish food, as it helps keep the pond clean. Can I feed this to my pond goldfish?

Its really a specialized diet for cichlids, Id look at one of the Hikari goldfish or koi specific diets, there higher in vegi matter. Are these slow sinking?

Not really. They drop slower than a rock but still pretty fast. We have to make sure to feed one at a time. Drop only when she is ready. And not under the current of the filter. We have a very large, very picky oscar. She won't eat floating food but won't always dive for sinking.
