Mens Shirt Stays Upgrade Adjustable Elastic Garter Military Shirts Holder with Non-slip Locking Clamps

I bought these because I am of a shape that causes my shirts to come untucked anytime I bend over. I think they work great. The stays aren't for guys with large thighs. Mine are fairly large and the thigh strap is fully extended and still requires a bit of stretch to get them to buckle. Granted, I could wear them a bit lower and extend the shirt straps, but they're pretty comfortable as is. I've only worn them twice as of this review. Some suggest wearing around the house to get used to them but I don't think that's necessary. I wore them straight to work. The clips are kind of noticeable from an outside viewer if they know what to look for. Based on my instructions below, they're generally hidden by pockets or your pant seams. One word of caution, this is something else to get out of the way if you have a gastrointestinal emergency. You can't pull your underwear down with them in place. Unstrap them from your thighs if needed.Getting the shirt adjustment right is a bit finicky at first but I figured out a trick. Adjust the middle strap to be about 6 inches long and the other two about 2 inches longer. Clip the shirt straps on the shirt first before putting the shirt on. Clip the middle strap to the seam on the side and clip the front and back straps about 6 inches from the middle. Put the shirt on and strap the thigh straps to your legs. Slide the thigh straps up or down till the shirt straps are the preferred tension. Make any fine adjustments at this point.

The shirt stays are a great product, will save you money, and have many uses. I needed a shirt for a dance routine and was looking for one that snapped below the crotch to hold the shirt in. Not many of these shirts are available, and NOTHING in the style I was looking for. Instead I bought these stays and a nice looking shirt, and used the stays to keep it in place. It worked like a charm! And they are EASY to use. Just lower your pants, hook each stay around each thigh, and snap them to any shirt. Basically like an inverse garter belt :). And pull pants up, button and zip as normal. Reverse the steps to take them off if you want to. The shirt stayed as tight as I wanted it all evening and looked much better. The stays will work for everyday wear, formal wear, dances or any event where your shirt normally becomes untucked. Best of all, I can use it on all my current shirts and pants (they do not show). My wife is surprised that no one had come up with the idea before. They now hang beside my belts in my closet and I will use them anytime I have a dress shirt tucked in and don’t want it to look shabby. As you may be able to tell, I was impressed with the quality as well as with the concept!!btw. The tighter shirt also made me look slimmer. John

Work pretty well for most of my shift, the elastic ban needs padding for them to be really good, and be sure not to wear them on your skin.

I would constantly be tucking my shirt in on the golf course. I tried these to see if they would help. Used them this week and my shirt stayed tucked in for the entire round. They were not uncomfortable and I didn't realize I had them on. Recommend you affix them to your shirt, before putting your shirt on. Will see how well they hold up over time, but for now I am very satisfied. PS. Just don't let you buddies see you putting these while in the locker room or you will be in for a lot of razzing. LOL

So these do seem a smidge better than the stirrups of old but I may have just got a fluke one but one leg fits nice and snug around your thigh and the other one does not tighten snug no matter how much try. If it wasn’t for that it would have gotten a higher rating. But shipped and arrived on time.

Let me tell you, I felt casket sharp all day in my security uni. I could tell by the looks I was getting from guests at work.They feel extremely durable as if they're going to last for a while. I'll have to get use to having something wrapped around my thighs for 9hrs+ but well worth it. I got sick and tired of tucking my shirt every time I stood up or just simply walking. I would get disgusted walking by a mirror and seeing my shirt slouched out on my waistline.If you want that Marine Corp sharp look in whatever you're wearing, get you a pair! I was beyond impressed today after wearing anything like this ever in my life and I'm 35. This has been the missing essential piece to my wardrobe!! No more tucking or slouchy shirts. For the price it’s definitely worth it. It’s completely adjustable and the traditional ones that clipped to the socks after a while of use it ends up rubbing your leg raw so this is a definitely better solution in terms of price. There are other ones that might have nicer materials, but honestly for what it does I don’t think you need to go beyond this. I just got it so I don’t really have anything to add under ability as it’s new but so far it feels just fine having worn it once. In this scenario material being thicker wouldn’t be a good thing because I’d be visible so I think it’s a good value proposition for what you’re getting.
