I have been using this for only one month and I have good results. I have only been taking one pill, half the recommended dose, as I wanted to see if it would upset my stomach. It’s good and I am going to begin taking the full dose. I am seeing results with only half the dose, so the full dose should be even better. My grays have diminished. I did not expect much, as there are so many products with alot of hype and promise that don’t deliver and I am sure this won’t work for everyone but for me it’s amazing. I take a full complement of other vitamins but something must have been missing because this is working so well. So I have to recommend trying it and I hope you will have the same success.

I was not expecting this to work, so even though this hasn't completely eliminated my grays, I am giving 5-stars for significantly lessening them. I have used this for about two months and I have noticed since my last color job, grays are still coming through, but they are more streaks here and there like I had maybe 5 years ago. Previously, you could notice a definitive line between where my hair had been colored and regrowth. Now, it looks more like my natural color growing in, with some streaks of gray here and there. This helps immensely with not needing to get my hair colored as frequently because the regrowth is not as noticeable. I would recommend if even some improvement seems worth it to you.

I'm very happy I was able to try this product, I've been using it regularly for about a month now , and I'm completely amazed at the results I've seen so far my hair feels lighter and softer . My hair looks more vibrant and has an amazing shine to it now .my Grey hairs aren't as prominent and I haven't seen any new Grey's recently may be a little too soon to give full report but I will update on the progress, but so far I absolutely love it and recommend anyone and everyone give it a try .

Excellent product. I have had a few people tell me my hair looks great. They say it’s shiny, and very healthy looking and that they love my highlights. Except haven’t had highlights since last September so not sure where they are seeing that. Overall looks great.
