I started to use these and honestly was scared of the taste but it's not bad at all. Chewing is a little more than I expected but nothing bad at all. I was able to notice some differences. I was able to feel more fulfilled. I didn't think I would feel the difference as fast as I did but honestly would encourage trying.

I like the fact these had gummies were filled with natural ingredients and that promotes healthy lifestyle. I shared with my brother which was a bad idea lol has he ate most of the gummies . The taste was nice , not too sweet but just right. It really helped in my digestion.

I was SURPRISED when these gummies didn’t taste like every other typical “natural and earthy” supplement. Easy to chew, cute bear shaped, and tasting like sour candies (my favorite), sea moss gummies made it into the cut for my morning vitamins. After 10 days, I haven’t gotten sick once and I feel like I have so much more energy in the morning!Overall Rate: 9/10 (the one point is because some mornings I don’t want the sour/sweet taste of the gummy)

I’ve tried to incorporate sea moss into my diet before but never stuck with it because of the texture and shelf life. These gummies changed the game for me! I’ve already noticed changes with my digestive tract since taking these gummies. I will update in a month times.
