Great product for the price with a few short comings!I have a minor or could be a major complaint of motor over heating and shutting down after 20 minutes! Then you have to wait 45-60 minutes for it to cool down. Concerned about longevity of the motor with recurrent overheating issue! I'm glad I purchased anadditional 2 years of warranty!Also, it is not fit for size13! I'm size 11-11.5E and my foot completely fills the foot compartments. Kneading function on high needs to be more aggressive. Compression on high is very good! Vibration on high is somewhat weak....about an 8 on a 10 scale. Heating function will be very enjoyable and relaxing in the cooler months and winter time! Especially after a day of snow skiing or hard work in and heavy boots! Rate it about an 8.0/10.

I am going to be real honest in this review. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet that is really intense so that is my reasoning on purchasing this item. All the options are great on the machine. However the kneading option is VERY INTENSE even on the lowest setting. You have 3 different levels on kneading, compression, vibration and heat. I like the fact that I can turn off the kneading while using the other options. The compression can be intense as well. It goes in 15 minute intervals. I will even adjust my feet by just putting my toes in and it still feels good. I will be honest in saying it actually does feel like it is helping. My feet don't feel as painful when I am walking through the house. I really like this massager and no I am not getting paid for this review.

I did not realize how much I needed this massager..Ever since I been using this wonderful apparatus, I am able to walk with ease...

im giving it 4 stars.. not because it is a bad product. in fact it is pretty amazing, but definitely not all size fits all. my american 12.5 male shoe size feet fit. but I'm definitely missing out . i basically push my feet in until my toes are bunched up and uncomfortable to get the heel half of my feet then run it agian with my feet half in to get the pad/toe end. lol. it works. but doesn't make since that my feet fit.. if i just put them in normal but the only thing getting massaged is my arch. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. it's still a good product. and even my weird way of using it provides relief. the heat isn't horrible like other comments say. idk what they are looking for but i want soothing heat and not sweaty feet heat. takes it a few minutes to get there but the heat is fine. id say if you are up to an american size 10 or 10.5 it probably hits all the right spots.

This massager is the truth! My feet feel amazing after I use this, being on my feet for 8 hours! Don't hesitate buy it!

Great massage, love the vibration and heat. The leading can be a little intense, especially on a second round, but overall, a great buy. Really soothes & refreshes tired, achy feet after an 8 hour shift

Just received this massager today and jumped right into it. My feet have been so sore lately and needed to do something for the pain relief (I don't want to keep taking OTC pain relief). I just did 10 minutes and about fell asleep (I don't do naps!!). I'm hoping with regular use this will help my foot pain, especially in the morning. It's a functional and nice-looking machine. I like the remote control as well so I don't need to keep bending down to change functions.I personally feel each function (kneading, vibration, compression and heat) worked really well whether you want them off, low, medium or high.I recommend this if you are on your feet all day for a nice massage, if you aren't on your feet all day and want for circulation or are just in need of some pampering.

I was given an opportunity to review this foot massager. I also have Comfier's scalp and hand massagers.Pluses: the unit is just as described on the website. It is small enough to carry two different locations within the house though of course you have to unplug it. I'm actually glad that it requires AC power; I'm becoming wary of products that have lithium-ion batteries as there is usually no way to replace them if they fail, which they often do in these small household products.It is very easy to get my size 10 male feet into it.Knead function: this is the real standout feature of this unit in my mind. I can feel the small rollers massage the sole of my foot from the forefoot to just before the heel begins. Note that there is no activity from the front of the forefoot just before the toes to he toes themselves. The scalp massager also has a kneading function, which I really appreciate. In contrast, the hand massager only compresses and decompresses using air with no kneading. I rarely use it.Air function: this works as expected with both compression and decompression cycles and works on the entire foot except the toes and the heel. It's very nice and some people may prefer this to the knead function, especially if they have plantar fasciitis or joint problems that prevent use of the knead function.Vibration: this provides short pulses of vibration similar to a La-Z-Boy massage chair. It doesn't do much for me.Heat: this works very well. I wish the "high" level were a little warmer. I think the medium setting should be one that is comfortable for continuous use and the high setting warm enough that one might only want to use it for a few minutes before turning it down. I tend to have the heat on high whenever I use the unit.Note that all functions can be used in any desired combination.Although one can bend down and change settings directly, it is very nice having a remote. I would only buy one without remote if it were substantially cheaper.The removable washable sleeves are a real plus, but I always use with socks.The manual is thorough and clear except for a few spelling mistakes such as "cleanig". It could use a thorough proofreading for spelling and style. The medical exemptions are overly cautious and were probably written by a lawyer. The only one I would be concerned about (I'm a physician) would be potential interference with the device such as a pacemaker. It’s probably safe but check with your cardiologist. Common sense should prevail here, e.g., don't use unit if you have broken skin. There is no reason to avoid this unit even if your temperature is above 38°C though you might consider turning off the heat function if you're uncomfortable.Comfier provides good support. My hand massager failed after 11 months and they replaced it. They even covered the shipping costs as far as I can remember. I had forgotten to register my warranty, which is required to extend the warranty from one to three years. That's really important in any device that has lithium ion batteries. If Comfier has another product that I like, I will have no problem buying from them.Minuses: it seems one is dependent on the remote so don't lose it! When I plug in the unit, I get a flashing power light that does not respond to touch. It works perfectly with the remote however. Once it is running, it responds to either to the remote or direct controls although it shuts off early when I control it directly with the unit controls. There seems to be a bug in the unit's software unless there is a setting somewhere that I haven't discovered and wasn't described in the manual.
