I was never excited about taking Metamucil but doctor recommended it - again to take to increase regularity. Reluctantly, I bought these gummies, thinking ugh, do I really have to take this? Surprisingly, they tasted great (got the orange flavor) and more than that, they really do work! What took me so long lol?
