I've had a couple issues with the running belt and incline and customer service representative quickly resolved the issues. She was professional and attentive. This is definitely a company I'd go back to.It's a sturdy, compact treadmill with all the basics that you need to get your cardio from home. Setup was simple. Don't forget to buy lubricant oil for your treadmill belt. I got my oil on Amazon for about $9. I added some on mine first day I got it. It beeps 3x before it starts running at 0.6mph so you wouldn't get startled. The max speed, 7.5mph, is definitely super fast. Noise level is low enough to watch a show as you walk. You can pause with the remote, so that's a plus, but Only with the remote. Remote comes with an extra battery. The handlebar is very sturdy, definitely not flimsy at all. Its height is perfect for me (I'm 5ft). Might not be high enough for much taller people. There's a small plastic ipad/phone holder that you can attach to the handlebar. You can Start/Stop and adjust speed using the handlebar. There may be other features that I haven't looked into. The screen at the bottom of the treadmill shows your speed, duration, and calories burned. It's large and easy to read without needing to squint your eyes. There are wheels at the front of the treadmill that are completely rotatable, so you could easily move it around. I'm 102 lbs and I had no trouble moving it. The incline is easy to adjust manually. Took me less than a minute.

Several units were considered before we decided on this Toputure walking pad/treadmill. Unit packaged safely and shipped/arrived sooner than expected. Setup was effortless as we only had to extened handle and download the amazing app that keeps up with progress and activity levels. We were up and 'running' in less than an hour.Excellent Value for the money. Manual incline is easy to adjust and the motor is powerful enough to reach 7.5 mph while maintaining quiet levels. Unit folds easily for quick and convenient storage. Overall functionality is very good. Would purchase again!

I haven't used this very long yet but so far I really like it. The only major downside is that it is heavy... So it is hard to move. And storing it is difficult since the bar doesn't lock into place once it's down. I'm always afraid I will smash my fingers. But it does feel pretty sturdy. It also doesn't store standing up like I thought it would.. again, since the bar doesn't lock I'm afraid it will fall over if I store it standing up against a wall. but I do have a small closet that I stand it up in for storage. It is supposed to have an incline option and it does but my incline bar is stuck and I can't get it to come down to use it yet. I'll get my husband to look at it. It is very quiet, I can easily use it while I watch TV. It is small and great for our smaller home. I don't have room for a full treadmill so this is just what I needed.

Love this walking pad! After lots of research and reading reviews I decided on this one! Easy to set up once arrived and was ready to go! I had to adjust the track once but have had no other issues! I’m 5’7” and the walking space is perfect, I feel like I can walk my normal stride and have enough room. Very quiet even when light jogging. My 5 year old son loves to also use it and it has held up with everyday use! The bar is not high as to hold onto but perfect for setting a phone or remote. Only thing missing is a cup holder!

At first I was skeptical purchasing from a brand I am not familiar with, but glad I purchased this.We used to have a tredmill from Horizon that I loved but had to leave it at our old place when we were moving because it was not portable after put together. We couldn't fit it through the doorway.We really missed having a tredmill, but didn't have the space being in a two bedroom appartment and us both working from home, so we agreed we needed something portable.I really like this tredmill alot it was packed very nice with easy instructions. Really not any installation.I have listed my likes and dislikes.Likes1. The price for the product is much cheaper than a top brand tredmill2. It is easy to fold up and move it is under 50 lbs. It has wheels. Super space saving.3. It goes up to 7 miles per hour. I have not got up to that speed yet but a lot of others out there only go up to about 4 so that is really attracted me to this one4. The optional safety bar you can use with or fold down and use without. It has functional buttons or you can use the remote. It is nice when I have it up I can hold things there like tv remote. Not very big but enough space for what I need it for.5. So far it is durable for doing 7k steps three times a week. I have even done 10k steps at one time. I am nervous to have it go for over 70 minutes ish because I feel like it will break.Dislikes1. I wish it would auto incline with the remote and not be super heavy. Others I have seen with this functionality are super heavy to where they are not portable or don't go up to the same speed as this on. Yes you can kick out the incline manually but that is one incline and would be nice to have at least 3 different levels of incline then this would be perfect.Overall I highly recommend this tredmill it is exactly what I needed.

I got this item for my husband at his request and he loves it ! It was easy to set up, compact, the handle folds down for easy storage. You can use it at home or work. It will easily fit under your desk at work. Several people in his office have one and recommended it to him. It has great functionality, and fairly quiet to operate. Good quality too.
