It works great! It relieves pain and it’s easy to use

These little massage units don’t work that well the sticky pads are worthless. They do not stick to your skin very well. They keep coming off. You have to hold them against your skin if you want it to work. They need better adhesive. Not worth it.

So these stimulators are a little tricky. Other reviews do mention that they don't even work out of the box. I bought these devices to help with neuropathy issues. My foot also hurts all the time from my flat feet.1. one of the stimulators, appeared to not charge. I tried both charging cords that came with it.One device charged right up. One did not. But I didn't give up.2. Despite that the "broken one" didn't seem to light up right away, I kept it on the charger anyway. Low and behold after two hours, the blue lights came up and it was charging! I thought it was dead and it took two hours on the charger to actually respond. So I left it on the charger the rest of the day.3. When I hooked them up, at first I thought they were duds. Again couldn't get it to work, but then instead of hitting the Mode button, hit the plus button, and they both began to work.4. these devices are smaller than those flat pads that you put your whole feet on. That's true. If you are used to those pads you lay on the floor . . . I have tried three of them. They are really strong even on the lowest levels. If that is what you are used to, please be prepared that these . . . on the lower setting 1 and 2 . . . are really weaker and in my opinion . . . gentle.For people who have never tried EMS before, it is different and can be uncomfortable . . . But I turned it up to 3 and I am FEELING it at a comfortable level.PRO:-I like that the settings are gentler than those pads you have to stand on for 20 min. The timer on this is shorter than 20 min.-I love that you can place this device anywhere on your foot. I can apply directly on areas like my arch, or the top of my foot where I have the most pain, I have complete control over what area is treated.-My device so far . . the different settings do work and I can change from the 'Kneading action" to beat or other settings mid massage without it starting all over again.CONS:-The sticky may wear out and it sounds like the pads need to be replaced.-Difficult to charge at first, but keep it on the charger for a couple hours before you assume its totally dead.-Finicky to get going . . .I may give an update if it stops working after a few tries, but if it lasts, I'm going to come back and write more. I'll raise it to four stars. I can say, I used it on the top of my foot and I just finished the bottom directly on my arch . . . my foot feels better without the over stimulation I experienced with those flat floor pads. I hope they ease the pain long term! I'll let you know.

Perfect inexpensive tens unit. Could have better instructions re: attaching it to your skin.

When I received the massager I tried it as soon as it was charged. I felt it right away on my left foot but nothing on my right foot. I was disappointed and did try it again several times but it was the same and I made arrangements to return it which was so easy. I requested another massager an received it within a few days. I was very impressed; however this one is the same. I don't feel any action on my right foot and there is nothing wrong with it. I just want a massage after standing a long time. Perhaps I'll get in touch with the manufacturer and see what the problem is. Maybe should have gotten a more expensive one!?

Other reviews are correct about the stickiness of the pads but you can buy spray or gel to help with the contact. You can also get new pads from other vendors.The units work really well where the muscle is near the surface and is strong enough to almost cause a pull if set too high. Also the battery lasts way longer than I anticipated.
