So my son is autistic and only eats certain foods (dry ) apart from chocolate spread on his toast in the morning and only drinks water. Alot of people have left reviews about the sprinkles ( power ) not dissolving in liquid, this is true as I tried with water but it does clearly state on the box mix with SEMI SOLID food so things like yougart , butter , spreads , sauce ect . My son has this on his toast every morning with his chocolate spread and it mixes in very well , he does not notice the difference at all and is a fantastic way of giving him his vitamins with no fuss or interference with his food colour/ Texture and it clearly has no taste . Highly recommended product and will keep buying.

This is a good option available for kids who are unable or unwilling to take multivitamin gummies or liquids. I mixed it into porridge and didn't notice any difference to the taste or texture.It's got a good range of multivitamins and minerals, but unfortunately doesn't have any: Vitamin K, Biotin, Choline, Chromium, Inositol or Pantothenic Acid (B5).

Amazing product!!! My autistic son who is almost 5 years old he is under dietitian team since he was 2 years old. He eats about 3 specific things and that’s it. All this years we were trying to give him different supplements vitamins etc and he never accepted anything. We even tried something similar to this but prescribed one and he still knew that it was something to it and refused to take it. Finally he accepted prescribed paediasure but they decided to cut it off because it made him took too much weight. So we were back to looking for supplements etc. He didn’t accept anything until i found this and I thought to give it a go. I put it in his cold chocolate milk I add it in his chocolate milkshake powder mixed it well and after add milk. Well he takes it almost every time!!! That makes me think he can taste the small difference or smell because sometimes he takes a sip and push it away. I can’t taste the difference. I am so happy I found it now we try to make him take it every day. Bonus it suitable for my two years old and he takes it with no issues. Also I asked his dietitian if it’s good and cover his needs and she said it’s really good!!! Give it a go if your child is very sensitive with smells and taste!!

These are great for sen children. However I wouldn't put it in the food. My son is very limited with food and I've just made the mistake of putting this in his food and he notice straight away and refuse to eat it. I have however managed to put in his juice and he drunk it all.

Very good for kids who are fussy eaters. Got for my picky ND daughter who finds eating certain textures hard. Can be mixed with cereal or yogurt/similar, no taste, colour, smell, texture just a white power quite undetectable.

I was hoping to add this to my child's tea. Unfortunately, I did not manage to dissolve it completely, very small particles were visible. My child looks very carefully at all the food that he eats or drinks.The vitamin complex is good, it's a pity that it does not dissolve in liquid.

Product absorbs into juice, wet food easily, less absorbent on some food but can be hidden. Completely odourless, tasteless and have enough for 1 month supply per box.

Excellent product. My autistic son has a very limited diet so it can be hard to get nutrients into him. He won’t take liquid or gummy vitamins so this is perfect as it’s undetectable in all aspects. I mixed it into fruity custard and he ate the lot, just had to make sure I did it without him seeing!
