I am a skeptic by nature but I read so much about it I had to try it. I am a dirty carnivore, no seed oils, minimal fruit and fat first eater. My workouts are fast hiking in mountainous terrain where I live and strength training. I started with 2 capsules and the second day felt a mild sharpening but nothing profound. Most information says the magic starts at 0.5mg per kg. This was true for me. At 4 capsules it went from “oh this is nice” to “wow”. My workouts are incredible, hiking endurance is MUCH improved and my wind is so much better. The O2 exchange isn’t hype. This product may not do anything for you, but it is fantastic for me. Well worth a couple of bucks per day.

I don't ever give reviews for anything unless it is what it says it is and better, so not many reviews in my life.As I write this, I have only been taking this for three days.I sustained pretty bad spinal and brain injury twenty years ago in the military and have been looking for help with my issues as they got worse over the years.My eye sight is getting better, I actually have an appetite starting to come back, my spine and neck are starting to move more freely and not so locked up anymore. My cognitive functions, focus and energy are starting to come back as well. In the evening I am more relaxed and my body doesn't feel so tight. For twenty years it felt like I was wearing my body crookedly, kinda like if you put a sock on crooked or your pants legs weren't straight. Didn't feel that way anymore.I'm sure that not everyone will feel or see the same results as me but it is worth trying for a few days to see if it will help.I am thankful I found this product.

I took this for just a few days and it made my tinnitus worse so I stopped taking it then I crashed, my body and mind, turns out this is a natural SSRI, I can't take them, they make my tinnitus worse like I said and when you stop suddenly taking an SSRI it's not pleasant, it's not well known that this is a natural SSRI, most of the info out there doesn't even mention it, but it should because if you're already taking an SSRI and then you take more you risk getting serotonin syndrome like I said is not pleasant. Disappointing as I love the idea of this, I just wish it didn't mess with serotonin, and gave it four out of five stars because it's just not for me.

It does not contain the amount of methylene blue, it says on the label. I've been taking methylene blue for a long time from compass laboratories and it always gives me so much energy as a fifty year old. Sustained energy that I don't have when I don't take methylene blue on a certain day.. After trying this product, there is no way that it has twelve milligrams of methylene blue per capsule. This is based on the color when I dissolve the capsule in water but the main evidence is that I just don't get an energy boost from this product in the same way. I get a small boost if I take 4 capsules at once. But that would normally be way too much Methylene blue for me in a single dose according to the label on the product. My conclusion is that this product has maybe 3 to 4 mg per capsule.Don't waste your money. So many methylene blue products are contaminated with heavy metals. And I haven't found any good methylene blue product on amazon yet except from compass laboratories. I have no affiliation with them, but I did do a bunch of research to vet them before initially purchasing. I will not make the mistake again of ordering from other companies. I ran out and did not want to wait a week for the compass laboratories brand. That was a foolish mistake.

What I have noticed about this product is that I no longer have the old man bruises on my arms.I am not that old but at 58 years old I almost always had bruises on both arms and usually I wouldn't even know how I got them but with Blue Boost the bruising is gone.I have noticed that it seems to be helping with my workouts also.Expecially with my endurance on the stationary bike.

I took the first dose today and I have to say it works. It definitely made my brain fog go away and gave me a little boost. It does make your pee blue after you take it, but it goes away the more you expel.
