Love the product itself, gel pads are good for fridge or freezer but don’t leave them in the freezer overnight!! Only thing I would say I didn’t like is the material of the little pocket sleeves they come with but that’s personal preference, I just use them without and rinse them after each use :)

Kept in freezer even overnight and was cold not frozen. Gave relief for a few minutes before coldness was away. Wouldn’t really recommend

Loved these after I gave birth. They thaw somewhat quick but they provided tons of relief while frozen and we’re fairly comfortable when lying/sitting down since they are solid stiff blocks. I’d say buy a few packs and keep them on rotation, in theory the first one to thaw would be refrozen by the time the last one is thawed

Perfect width and length, great amount of flexibility so it’s comfortable and the sleeves provided are very soft! LOVE these and wish I had purchased them sooner. Much more comfortable than the ice postpartum pads they provide at the hospital. GET THEM. You won’t be sorry!

Multi pack means one is always ready for use. Seems to be decent quality for the amount of use I needed which is 3 episodes of several days every 2 months.
