Why did you pick this product vs others?:Basically I needed them yesterday. Amazon delivered the next day and I installed them on a brand new Fender Player 2 Strat. So far so good, been using them on my main guitar now for a little over a month and I am quite happy with these. No slippage, guitar stays in tune well. The gears in them feel somewhat gritty and not as smooth as the tuners on my Fender Deluxe Strat Plus. Sperzels.

Unless you want to drill a small hole to accommodate the small screw, don’t get these.I thought I had done my diligence prior to ordering, but clearly I did not. The original tuners have pins, no screws.Ultimately, because the build quality of these tuners is very nice, I drilled a small pilot for the set screw.These would be a direct replacement for a Donner Strat headstock. Not so much for Fender Squier (Indonesia, in my case).Otherwise they look and work perfectly.

I liked these tuners so much I bought 3 sets and going to buy more for future guitar builds.

These tuners feel real solid. This is the first time I have bought locking tuners. I bought these for and old Fender Strat that I am refurbishing. They fit very tight in the new neck I got for it. I think these are going to be my go to tuners for future upgrades and builds.

If yo want unlocking, locking tuners these are perfect. They will not stay locked. No matter how tight you turn, even with pliers, they will still come loose. For a couple extra bucks you could do better.
