Good butts.
Nice thick copper walls. Sizing is appropriate. Connectors hold a crimp.

Officially the best butt splices on the internet. Super high quality.
These are officially the best butt splices I have found on amazon. They grip the wire well if using the propers crimpers. I use a set of T&B’s or Kleins. Don’t skimp on the crimping tool and these will do just fine. They don’t have a seam and the metal is super thick which is why they hold so well. I have never had a wire pull out of these. I always put some adhesive lined heat shrink over these after crimping. I always keep these in my electrical box at work and home.

Far superior crimps than the insulated crimp connectors
Works great, strong and solid crimps. I used this along with marine grade heat shrink tubing, and I will do it this way from now on. I will never go back to the insulated crimp connectors.

Outstanding Heavy Duty Crimp-on Butt Connectors for heavy duty wiring
These are plated copper crimp connectors for use with 6AWG wire for electrical wire or Stainless Wire cable connections. They require a hydraulic hand crimper that has changeable crimping die, and the 6AWG. Highly recommendedIf you work on Heavy electrical automotive, trucking or marine electrical or Stainless wire cable assemblies you'll either own or want the crimper with a die set that covers your use. I'm not a big guy but the crimper is only ratcheting pliers on steroids, with changeable precision die, and gives you 8 to 10 tons of crimping from several hand squeezes.

VERY TIGHT for 8 AWG stranded
I got these 8 AWG connectors to work, but an 8 gauge stranded wire was very difficult to get in the openings. They should be big enough to slip the wire in without a struggle. They are quite thick. Took some long handle pliers to crimp them and once crimped, I could not pull them apart.

Ininsulated butt connectors.
Use these connectors in various sizes. They work very well just as they should. I would recommend them.

These work great
Excellent. Hold very well, much better than those pre insulated ones. Rewired my entire ignition switch and dashboard, will definitely use again when I start working on the door panel wiring
