Never had great results with knock-off-toners until now. Was debating trashing my printer, but figured it was wasteful as it still worked. Thought what the hell with these, and surprisingly they work great. I've worked in tech in the past and have had countless knock-off-toners leak, this is the first I haven't had a problem.

These are great ink cartridges, I get alot done wit the quality of each cartridges, l9be the product for the money I spend

Product is acceptable and arrived on time. Have ordered from this company several times and always satisfied, and it usually arrives the following day.

I took a risk buying this product. The ribbons are better than the ones I bought at Office Depot where you get two for about $6. Print quality is high and I know I have a dozen backups to go thru. This is certainly a great buy. Will buy again.

Cartridge works great. Instructions could use some help. First installation since the original installation. Nice to remind users that the cartridge does not automatically fit. I had to manually lift the printer "bar" once the old cartridge was removed so that the new cartridge could sink into its proper location. This bar does not stay in an up position after removing the old cartridge. Also, consumers need to know to pull the clear tape out far enough so that the toner is on the tape. Good value for cost, print quality is good.

Printer ink is ridiculously expensive, and buying off-brand ink is a crapshoot, but I have found this company/brand to be very reliable and good value. I have also had excellent experiences from their customer service folks, when I've need it.

I know they say that recycled is the same but my professional printer still isn’t working right after this product. I called the company and they stated I needed a new fuses after the test run of the toner. I’m mostly sure one isn’t because of the other but still causes me to pause.

Installed in my B1160 and prints just fine. Dell print manager application shows the toner as 100%. Arrived in a well packaged box with each cartridge in a sealed plastic bag. Can’t beat the price.
