Great replacement for Sanilav at £99.97!
Our plumber was very impressed with this macerator and it took him no time at all to install. Works well, great fit and fairly quiet. Thanks Plumbworld! Sanilav macerators are now so expensive!

Bought this in DecemberWent to fit it in February but found missing part .Contacted plumworld and replacement part sent asap . Fitted end of February and all was fine till beginning of July when it stopped working .Contacted them again and explained what had happened and a new replacement was sent at no charge.Amazing customer service thank you

Easy to fit
Ordered this to replace a 15 year old Saniflo unit which had failed. Delivered well before the quoted estimate and appears to be well made, easy to fit by anyone with reasonable DIY skills. worked straight out of the box, can't comment on longevity as yet.

Good fir a whike but not for long.
Very same I read in another review happened with us. It worked 1 year and 4 months and stopped working.

Great price & performance.
Great price, performance perfect, overall a real bargain compared with competitors units. My only slight criticism (and it is a minor point) is that the "rubber" boots for connection of other waste inputs are not rubber, they are more of a semi-hard plastic material which is NOT flexible enough to give any kind of movement /tolerance for lining up of existing pipe-work. Fine if you're installing the unit in a new bathroom, but for replacement of an existing unit these connectors are a hindrance with their lack of flexibility. I re-used my old Saniflow connector boots which are made of concertinad (concertinaed) rubber. I'm sure plumbers merchants (Inc. Plumbworld) would have something suitable. Other than this niggle, an excellent buy and great value for money. Can't yet comment on long-term reliability, but all God so far.

No bends within 500mm
This I will have to return, never took it out of the box. I opened the box to read the instructions only to find that they said no bends to be fitted within 500mm from the outlet, which did not suit my job. So I had quickly to go to another seller and get one that was suitable. (However, delivery was quick).
