Amazing sound quality for 30 euro.
Got these a while ago and haven't found an issue with them yet. Great sound quality and amazing bass and they also get very loud i need be, but I only use them for my setup so i don't use them at max. Overall good deal no matter which way you look at it.

Basic but value for money!
Works well and handy for mobile use - just plug everything into nearest USB. Reasonable sound and value for money.

so good for price
This is my second set as I lost my last ones and I bought these fifteen GBP, I cannot complain with speakers at this price and sound like they're worth a lot more. i originally tried these out after a YouTube recommendation, I thought to myself if they aren't any good I'll get Logitech etc. these are seriously good for the price, they're small and minimalistic. for cables it has 1x USB and 1x 3.5mm jack, they both have to be connected to work. Would definitely recommend!

No need for the expense of the V3 (and prove to your kids that music deserves decent speakers)
My kids have the annoying habit of listening to music on their phones. I say kids but they're in their twenties, and anything thta's a bit of an inconvenience just doesn't get any traction, so a pair of speakers: "yawn, I don't need that"However, I started small by getting some of those passive miniscule 2 inch square cheapies found in the local shop as they wanted to hear gaming sounds. One of them now in second year of uni, had a problem when moving her pc to a her new digs in that the speakers somehow didn't get recognised by the pc.So that's when I bought these (the original pebble set). All of a sudden "Wow I don't have to turn them up loud to get areally good sound, dad"I couldn't be happier, now she realises how listening on a decent set of speakers makes all the difference. It's still a long slog to get her to listen to music at home on my british hifi system, but the first step has been taken. The other "kid" had the same journey and has progressed onto the Logitech speaker set with small sub woofer, but he's 7 years older so is more understanding.Pro's:Small form factor (if the kids see something too big, they won't want it)There is a rotary volume control on one of the speakers, so the volume doesn't have to be altered in the computer.A very big sound for such a small speaker, especially at low volumes, it really does sound like it has great potential. The rotary volume does also act as an on/off switch. As it has a USB power lead it could concievably be used with an ipod, and maybe a power pack for power if out and about whereas the USB-only V3 wouldn't work for this.Only £20 as opposed to the £30 of V3.Cons:The bass is quite heavy early on, meaning that like a lot of speakers they will struggle to sound good at high volume levels. This is only a problem if you're thinking of getting a good deal of volume out of them. Some may think that having a 3.5mm jack in addition to the USB power source is a hindrance, but as I detailed above, it does open them up to be used with an mp3 player or ipod if you're old enough like me to want to do that. The leads aren't the longest, but having the pc/laptop reasonably near to the monitor will mean they are long enough as I have found. All in all, I'm really happy with them, now studying with light background music suddenly a possibility foe one kid, the other now demanding a bit more power, YAY!

Great basic monitor speakers
I bought these thinking they wouldn't be very good but was pleasantly surprised, easy to set up and powered by USB on my son's monitor. Sound quality is good for the price and has a nice volume range.

A bit tiiring for music I found, but ok all rounder (if maybe on the larger side)
Not much subtlety for music to my ears (always a bit too present, which I found tiring after a while), and I may even prefer my laptops own internal speakers for some especially-softer mp3 songs, or any kind of background music (despite their tinny quality and them missing detail!) - but these speakers seem to act well-enough as the cheap all-rounder I needed. I have other things better-designed for music at the end of the day.I intend to take them out and about (ie to replace my laptops speaker externally), despite them being slightly on the larger side.Volume was ok for me. If you want good sound at high volumes it's going to cost than 20-odd quid new, but that was always the case I'm afraid.

As good as they say
These are very good speakers for pc use. They are small, pleasant to look at, and fun to listen to. The price is also a real bargain.

Great speakers for the price!
I heard great things about the Pebble speakers, especially at their price point which made me want to try them out. I have been using these for around 7 months now and can recommend them to anyone looking to get some speakers for their pc and don't want to spend a fortune. They have been great, good quality sound and can even control the sound using the wheel on the right speaker. Definitely feels like they are worth more than the ~£20 I paid. Bass is a bit lacking however you cannot complain ;)
