I was so happy to see levi's for under $30. I just went down a pants size, and I was gonna keep wearing my old levi's that were too big, but then when I saw these, I had to buy them. If they stay this price I'm probably going to order a bunch more, or maybe even wait until i lose another 15-20 pounds. They seem authentic, and I'm assuming they are. Okay, I really like these jeans; lost a lot of weight recently and these are comfortable and fit well. Except I ran into a recent problem while traveling this week. I wore the jeans when I flew out and when I flew back (all within the USA). Going through metal detector it flagged me around my belt; okay, take it off. Walk through metal detector again and it beeps again and I've been "randomly selected" for more thorough screening. I go through the whole body/wave detector and...each time...it highlights my groin area with a red/yellow box, and TSA has been required to do a full pat down of me.What the heck?! What is it about these jeans that is causing this problem? Two different airports and the same exact experience. I don't get it.
