I have suffered on and off for years with sleep, especially Brocken sleep. Waking up at four in the morning and not being able to return to sleep. I thought I’d give the sleep patches ago as I was really reluctant to take sleeping pills and to my absolute astonishment they worked and they kept working however, I did find them very pricey, which is a real shame, because if they were a better price point, I would buy them and use them every single night I have tried a alternative product where you receive 30 patches called sleeping patch I think they’re also good, but not as good as this particular patch but for 12 pounds for eight patches, it’s not sustainable however, I was delighted to return from my holidays to receive a free packet as a gift as I have bought them twice already and given I’m jetlagged I’m looking forward to wearing it tonight for a fantastic night sleep thank you thank you thank you. I have no hesitation in recommending just don’t like the price point. Please make them more affordable as I would buy them in bulk.

I actually never write reviews on this platform, but have to write a review on this product as it is utter daylight robbery.Where do I start1. You pay £12.99 for ‘4’ tiny patches ( a few cm in diameter square) I actually only received 3. Total rip off2. I have used all 3 of my patches and absolutely no noticeable difference in my sleep. They claim there is melatonin in these patches. You can buy melatonin tablets for a fraction of the price.3. Patches easily come off the skin meaning you and constantly pushing them down. My skin was dry with no moisturiserI am still in disbelief with what I actually recevied for my money. A total rip off and to add salt to the wounds it doesn’t even work.These will cost the companies pennies for hundreds to produce. Yet they rip you off charging £12.99 for 10. Check out Ali express.. they have the same for a fraction of the price. These guys probably buy from there and stick a fancy brand on. Con artists.

I had this item in my in box for a long time and while I'm off work decided to buy just in case any side effects.Delivery was great and packed and easy information and instructions to follow.As I suffer from sleep insomnia thought this would be great for helping me sleep better.My first night I was eager to get into bed get myself comfortable and applied the sticker waited and waited and then finally fell asleep but by 425 after having going to bed at 12 midnight I was awake and disappointed that I had not slept for at least six hours through the night the second night once again eagerly applied the sticker got myself comfortable in bed it took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep after goin to bed at 12.30am I was up and out of bed getting some water by 4.25am I was awake again and every hour on the hour and until the alarm clock went off at 7:30 in my opinion maybe need to use the for a week to get the full effects but for me unfortunately they haven't worked for me

I was hugely disappointed with these patches. I bought these as my usual ones were not available. They had very similar ingredients wise so I thought they would be a good alternative.They only have 4 in a pack, that’s £3 per patch, per night!! The quantity is not obvious and I’ve re-read the description multiple times to see if I missed it. From what I can see the quantity is only on the image of the front of pack.The first two did not stick and both came off. The third and forth have left a residue on my arm that is really hard to get off as it’s very sticky.Will not be purchasing again

I have been having problems getting to sleep lately but when I tried the patches it was great 👍🏾

For longer than I remember my sleep pattern has been nights of a few hours sleep then I wake up only to lie awake from 4 am until I rise at 6am. I sceptically purchased the Pack of 4 Patches as a trial to see if they might work for me. I wore the first one on Christmas Eve and went to bed as normal at 10pm and woke up at 7.36am on Christmas Day to the sound of my daughter phoning me. I had slept in and my Grand daughters aged 5 and 1 (who live 200 miles away) had been waiting for me to face time them at 7.30am as I had promised so we could open our presents together .I cannot recall ever in my adult life sleeping in for anything.Note to self, set an alarm whenever I use these patches, but I have to admit the feeling of having had a full nights rested sleep is something I could get very addicted to.

I applied this patch at roughly midnight.It worked in complete opposite way , I was still awake at 7.40 am ..I felt like a had very strong coffee. Made my legs twitch.. Was very uncomfortable and unhappy with results..Everyone is different I appreciate that .I will still try another’s brand ..
