I have a pair of nike dunks and the stock insoles are super cheap and thin and as soon as I put them on they really start to hurt my feet. I saw these when looking online for good replacements and ordered some and immediately I notice a huge difference. These insoles feel great on my feet and now I can wear my dunks around all day without hurting. They do have good arch support and I have a pretty normal arch so maybe if you have flat feet you may not get the same comfort results as me. Ill definitely buy more of these when I need them again for other shoes in the future.

These inserts have transformed the comfort level of many of my sneakers. Anyone who wears Jordan 1s or Dunks probably knows they’re not the most comfortable sneakers out there. These insoles adds cushioning without taking up too much space. The front half of the insole is maybe a mm thicker than the stock insole so your toes won’t be crushed. The arch support took a little bit to get used to, I found it very similar to the J3 arch. The biggest change is the heel portion and where it really shines for me. It’s a lot thicker than a regular insole and the material does a lot to cushion heel strikes and provides a little bit of bounce towards your next step. They’re a little pricey but a worthwhile investment if you wear your sneakers for long periods.

High quality insoles for the shoes without proper support. Good for all day use without any pain, it fitted my OG Jordan without issues and make them comfortable overnight.

This is the second one I’ve bought. The quality isn’t as good as before and there’s a slight smell, but it still wears well.

My dad had an old pair of air forces and they had no cushioning at all and felt like walking barefoot but these actually made them wearable and with normal sneakers it made them feel great
