These look great on my husband under a dress or even a casual shirt when we are going out. He doesn’t wear them all the time, but his body has changed over time and this helps his kind of big gut. I bought one for my brother too, he struggles with maintaining his weight and he loves it - makes him feel confident!

This is okay. The problem is that it runs super small. My gusband is normally a Large. With this he is a XXL and it is still too small! It is also very small altogether. Like this was made for a really really skinny guy and not just a middle aged man with a Dad bod who might want some extra definition for pictures or something.

This is great if want improve your appearance

I am 6'1" and 220 lb. The extra large size fits me perfectly. The shirt makes me look really muscular, especially in the chest area. However, the arm portion stops at the elbow, which makes my arms look big where they meet my real arms at the bottom of my biceps. I am wearing it under a shirt to hide this.

It took a while but it was worth the wait.
