Energy has shot up!
Bought these for my mum about a month ago as she is pre-menopausal and suffers with low iron. She’s reported feeling much more energetic and can get through her day without feeling groggy like normal.They don’t taste too nice and smell a bit funny but as they’re very small, it’s easy to get down with a bit of water/ juice.Much cheaper than popular name brands and quality seems just as good.
