I have several of these bug repellents, and they do work. They keep away mosquitoes nd other annoying insects like flies. We used these for a week in the mountains and never got bit. They also kept away the pesky little flies that are constantly buzzing around your face without this. The refills can become costly, but I think the relief they give is well worth the cost.

Bought two of these for a two week camping trip. They arrived separately, in two different types of packaging. You could tell one was a newer model than the other. The newer one worked fine, but the older one I only got to light once, no matter how much I tried. I didn’t try it out before the trip and was 1 day past the return window by the time I realized it was defective. So disappointing.
