It is not a blouse; it’s just attached white sleeves and the ruffles on the bust.

Does the dress have white ruffles on bottom

It is as shown. The lining is uncomfortable if you’re going to be sitting, i wore this two days at Oktoberfest in Germany and it held up but i took the lining out the second day so i could sit comfortably it’s so rough on ur skin. For a costume it held up really nicely. The white ruffles are at the bottom of the black itchy lining

Absolutely loved this! I felt so confident and pretty in it and it was so comfy. It’s made out of good material not the cheap material you usually get with fancy dress. I sized up because of other reviews but could’ve probably fit in my actual size, luckily I could pull the dress in with the tie up apron.
