Great vitamin profile in the right dosages
Overall, this supplement has a great vitamin profile, it’s hard to find multivitamins with only the proven and necessary vitamins/herbs, and Nordic does a great job. The tablets are large but that’s typical given the ingredients. Keep in mind the iodine dosage is fairly high, so consult with your doctor if you’re on thyroid medication.

Not for Men on Tamsolosin
I think that is how you spell it. From what we have been informed of is that Saw Palmetto is in this formula. It isn't to be taken with Tamsolosin.
