Just receive it today and already cooked lunch with it. I started the heat very low, to heat up the pan slowly. When the pan is hot enough (when you throw a bit water in it it will bead up and roll around) pour oil and start the cooking process. I make sure to use no more than medium heat since my stove has high heat output. Following these rules will avoid smoking and sticking in most cases. Today I cooked ground pork and veggie stir fries and nothing stuck. For a moment I went to answer the phone and there was a bit burn. However it was cleaned up easily with a non-scratch sponge and dish soap in hot water, after being soaked in hot water during the entire time of my meal. The soaking prevents any food residue from hardening and keep the burned food bits soft and easily washable. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, and its low price certainly makes it a great value .This wok plus an Instant Pot and a baking sheet are all I ever need in terms of cooking vessels in a small apartment kitchen.Now the cons - none are major deal breakers for me. For one, this wok is a bit on the shallow side for my liking. An extra half an inch of height would be perfect. Also, compared with a carbon steel wok of the same size this is very heavy. Any heavier I wouldn't be able to use it as intended. The lack of a helper handle isn't a big deal in most cases, unless I need to lift a pot full of water or soup. In that case I will have to grab the pan edge with a silicone pot grabber or oven mitt - not ideal but definitely doable. Another con is that the glass lid holds water at its edge. We will see if it leads to anything bad in the future.Overall this is a very nice wok, and it will meet your expectations as long as you know how to cook in stainless steel. I also like the clean and sleek look of the wok.Note that my unit comes with a knob instead of an U-shaped handle on the lid as shown in the product photo. Seller should update the photo to reflect the new lid.

I have used this stainless steel frying pan several times and I am very satisfied with it. First of all, the thickness of the stainless steel is quite thick. When I was working in the kitchen before, the master told me that if the thickness of the stainless steel pan is thick, it will not burn so quickly and the food will be very delicious. The media could not be loaded.  If you know how to use stainless the food don’t stick. It’s not super fancy but it’s well built and it’s going to last if maintained properly. It has a flat bottom which is a must for my induction stove. It’s huge so it will hold a lot of food, this is also its drawback, if you want to cook for one person probably need a smaller option. A good buy for the price.

Beautiful pans that are great quality. As all properly used pans, very little sticking. Even cooking. Hold heat. Buy some “Barkeepers Best Friend” cleaner and they will look brand new. Love them.

No non-stick coating to wear out or leach weird chemicals is the best thing. I expect these to last a very long time. It takes a little more effort to clean, but it's worth it to know your food is free of non-stick chemicals, just use a little more cooking oil. The heat conduction is very good and the whole pan heats up at the same time. It took a couple to tries to get used to how fast they heat up, but that's a good thing. It's also nice to have a smooth pan with no rivet heads to clean around.

Arrived promptly with no packaging issues. However, it’s Not actually as I expected it. It’s Not a “Wok” wok. It’s a frying and stir fry pan. It’s Not Deep enough to be a “Wok”, . Not even for deep frying. The handle needs to be manually attached to the pan with screws and a tool that came with. What if those screws loosens up and falls off while cooking hot?! It’s stainless steel, looks clean and shiny.. and heavy… Price is great though.. Returning.

Al principio me dieron ganas de devolverlo porq no se veía como el otro q también acá aba de comprar, pero a la hora de usarlo, mis respetos, un exelente sartén . Lo recomiendo ampliamente, distribuye muy bien el calor a todo el sartén y en cuanto al precio está excelente. Definitivamente yo volveré a comprar otro producto de esta misma marca.

短所は少し重いのと、卵の白身がどうやっても焦げつくから溶き卵にする手間があるかな。長所はコーティングフライパンに比べて圧倒的に手入れが楽で使用が気楽なところだ、使い終わったら冷めるのを待たなくてもすぐ洗って片付けられるし、麻婆豆腐とか水気が多い料理でも気兼ねなく使える。焦げ付きやすいかもしれんがお湯でふやかしてスポンジでこすればとれるし、洗うときにもコーティングを気にしなくていいし、コートが剥げると一気に使い勝手がわるくなるフライパンと比べて明らかに快適に使える期間が長いと思う。
