I did my full shower HAIR routine (1st wash,2nd wash, mask,conditioner)I left the mask in for about 10 minutes instead of 5 (as directed) in a claw clip in the shower while I finished the rest of my shower.My hair detangled instantly upon rinsing.It started to feel super soft and hydrated feeling, instead of tangled and stringy.I am writing this 12 hours after my shower my hair still is SO SOFT, it really does help with frizz because I deal with it and it’s very Minimal frizz and my hair has a healthy shine to it. I decided to try this after reading a suggestion on Reddit. Previously my go-to treatment was the Olaplex 4 in 1 Moisturizing Mask. However after one use I noticed this Redken Mask makes my hair feel better (softer, healthier, shiny) . I really like that it is very lightweight and only needs to be used for 5 minutes. It's easy to wash out and it moisturizing affects can be felt days later. Plus it smells great (fruity possibly grapefruit). It's my go-to treatment for my long, thick, and coarse hair.

My hair was so fried and damaged. I did have to use this product twice in two days- but now my hair is finally back healthy. After the first two times, I do it once a week and it’s been amazing. The bottle is tiny as it is a hair mask , it’s not supposed to be the size of shampoo. Doing this once a week the tube will last for a couple months.

I purchased this on the recommendation of my stylist. I thought the price was very high and thus so were my expectations. Unfortunately, after several weeks I can honestly say I neither see nor feel any difference in my hair. In fact, I prefer the conditioner that comes with my color which makes my hair silky smooth.
