Where is the exp date printed?

There is none. There is no roast date either. There is only the "good by" date. Rule of thumb, whatever the "best by" date is, track back about 9 months or so and usually that's probably when it was roasted, generally speaking.

Is this coffee certified organic?

According to their website:The estate is Passive Organic and the family that owns it does not allow chemicals (herbicides, pesticides, etc.) It is not economical for Central American boutique coffee estates to become certified organic

I've seen other Bulletproof coffee here labeled as "upgraded". What does that mean, and is this coffee inferior bc it's not "upgraded"?

There is only one type of coffee sold by Bulletproof (in all its variations: ground, whole, decaf) and its the so called by them Upgraded Coffee
