Can you buy extra sachet

I don't think so but the sachet only contains play doh type stuff. It comes with a little bag that you can keep the dough in after it has been played with it. After that I would just use any play doh.

Can you buy extra dough sachets only instead off buying the full oven again

A bag is included in the packaging which allows you to store the mixture inside once you finish playing with your Cookeez. Is the warmth a one time thing?

Hello Thank you for your question :) The warmth is activated every time you squeeze the plush, it lasts 120 seconds (For the reveal it warms up for 90 seconds in the oven, and a further 30 after the oven bell sound).
