My bachelor pad.
I looked high and low for month's for the perfect piece for the new coffee table. Until it finally revealed it self. One look and I new this is it. The piece I've been looking for! And it was what's the wait. It's classy, stylish, sophisticated. A perfect masculine peace in Black and Gold and marble. It's a masculine piece of art for any man's home office or man cave.

I used this item to put on top of a custom trophy. Fits perfectly! Very prestige

Nice piece for a moveable globe "sculpture" -- but very top-heavy.
I'm a little bit on fence with this one. It's a very nice looking piece of moveable artwork, but there are a few things that are keeping me from giving this a full recommendation.I think it's pretty nice looking, but there are a few little irritations that stand out, that the manufacturer could have done better. The first one is the base. It's completely hollow -- yep, just a metal box, painted black, which would be open at the bottom if it were not for a very thin piece of felt-covered cardboard. This has the main problem of being very top-heavy. This isn't a big deal because with a little bit of DIY magic, you can fill the base with some heavy "stuff" to make it right. Even so, because the size of the box is small compared to the top "globe" portion, it's still going to be a little top-heavy unless you fill the base with very heavy material like metal or rock. Then, there's the globe portion itself. I spins on two axes. There are three circular rings total. The largest outer (black) ring is connected tightly to the gold semi-circular piece that connects it to the base. The next ring down is gold and is attached axially at about a 30° angle to the outer ring. It moves around this axis so it can be turned to any position along that axis. Then the innermost axis is oriented 90° to that one, giving another rotational position. Finally there's the marble globe that is attached to the smallest ring, again 90° from the inner axis. These are all fairly stiff to move, and don't allow for easy "spinning" of the globe or the rings. That's not a bad thing, but you're not going to be able to get this thing whirling around right out of the box without a little loosening up the axes.Another little annoyance is the marble ball in the middle. It's solid, but it's got some issues if you turn it. It's pretty obviously not a perfect sphere, but nothing really is . . . however, this one is very obviously bulging in some places and has a few pits in it. Nothing big, and it's not a dealbreaker, but it's a little "unfinished" looking for something with this pricetag. The other smaller annoying things are the screws that attach all of the pieces and axes together are very visible and just plain stainless steel colored screws. Phillips head, no less. In my opinion, they detract from the "art" of the thing. They draw your eyes away from seeing everything as one piece of art to seeing it as a bunch of parts slapped together without making them less visible -- even just painting them the same color as the ring they are attached to would work. The two on the black ring are very obvious and stand out.Other than those few things, it's nice. There is some weight to the top portion, although the metallic parts are hollow. This needs a bit of work to make it displayable for me. But they're not that hard to do, so I'll only take off a star for the laziness of the manufacturer. If this were a kit, it might be acceptable if it turned out looking like it does, but it's fully assembled, so they could have put the little extra effort and attention to detail to make it a really nice piece. If you like the way it looks, then I'd recommend it. It's easy to DIY the flaws I mentioned (except for the marble sphere which would be a bit tougher to "fix").Overall, though, it's a nice piece and I can recommend it with the reservations noted. Four stars.

Beautiful and well made
I really love this piece. It’s very eye catching and the stone is beautiful. I’ve seen similar items for much higher prices. It was very well packed, with plastic corners on the box to stop it from being crushed. You do need to watch for loose screws in the packaging, as the center stone part requires a minute of assembly, and the screws were loose in the indentation in the packaging for it.
