Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have to eat a low FODMAP diet. These bars fit the bill for me. They taste great and have 10 grams protein.

I tried these bars out of curiosity and they really surprised me. The strawberry and almond flavor is delicious, it doesn't taste artificial or too sweet, and the best thing is that they leave me satisfied for several hours. I have been using them as a snack between meals or when I need something quick before training, and they have helped me control cravings, especially in the afternoon. I also like that they have good ingredients for the intestine and that they provide fiber. They have not caused me discomfort like other high-fiber bars. I will definitely continue to buy them.

Worst energy bar I have ever tried. Added death amount of sweetener that cause me to bloat all day. Because it is too sweet, my blood sugar drops even lower after eating. Not for anyone who has good insulin sensitivity or IBS. Causes reactive low blood sugar

They did what they were suppose to and really helped with cravings, but the taste is not my favorite. It didn’t really taste like chocolate or peanut butter.

Taste great, high protein and low carb. Only thing is the strawberry ones have a strong smell. If you open one in an office everyone will notice. They smell ok. It’s not bad. Just like very strong smell of strawberry. I’d say the craving curbing thing works a little.
