Great value
I researched stones for a while, I needed one that would fit my small wall oven, ( I call it my Easy Bake Oven) as large as possible with enough room around the sides for air flow. I purchased this and I make the best pizza that comes out like my beloved NY style pizza. The price compared to other stones made of cordierite was about a third for my size. I read that people had problems with cracking over time, so rather than wash with water as this manufacturer suggests I just scrape anything that might be stuck from drippings , and wipe all crumbs with a dry cloth. I also tempered the stone as per the other manufacturer’s instructions. Although stones are dried at the facility the natural materials absorb moisture. I heated the stone at 175 f for thirty minutes, then 275 for thirty minutes and so on until I reached my oven’s highest temp of 525f, then allowed stone to cool in the oven completely. That is a one time process and if the stone is always allowed to cool gradually in the oven and no water is used to clean it, I think this stone will last for years. I had no problem with sticking on even the first pizzas using a well floured peel.I preheat the stone for an hour and it gives me an amazing crunchy, chewy crust using Kenji Alt NY style pizza dough from Serious Eats site.

Perfect Pizza Stone
This Pizza Stone is exactly what we needed to prevent our pizzas from cooking too fast in our smaller stove in our camper. It is the perfect size, and all our meals that we have cooked since using this pizza stone are perfect. Not only do we use it in the oven, but we have made homemade pizzas using this Pizza Stone on our outdoor Webber grill. Thank you with the great product and very quick delivery too.

Love it
This baking stone is perfect. I use it for baking bread and pizza and it is great! I can highly recommand it! I could fit two of these on one rack and therefore I'm actually considering getting a 2nd one.You wipe it down, no soap. It does get stains after use and when something falls on it in the oven. It burns into it and can't be cleaned away anymore, but that's with all of these stones. It's great!

Easy clean up
It sure stunk up the whole house the first time using it! It cleans up pretty easy.

Regulate oven temperature
I don’t use this for pizza. I leave it in tbe bottom rack of my oven to help keep the heat and regulate the oven temperature so I don’t get hot spots that ruin my baking. Hence I really needed the rectangular shape. This is very thick and heavy compared to a cheaper one I picked up at a local store to tie to me over until this one showed up (I kept reordering this and the carrier kept losing the package)

This pizza stone is fire!
I used the pizza stone to make baguettes, and it worked perfectly! They came out with just the right crusty texture, but we're warm and chewy on the inside. It cleaned easily and the square shape makes it easier to store standing up in its side!

So far hasn't really helped to brown the bottom of pizza
Liked price and size. Hoping as it gets darker from use it will do better at browning ad crisping pizza.Too early to tell.

Sturdy, good size and thick stone
This stone is good for distributing heat within the oven. I haven't burned the bottom of any bread since I got it. Would recommend highly. Heavy duty, flat and within my capabilities to lift out of oven if necessary. Have not cleaned it yet but don't anticipate any problems. Comes with good instructions for use and cleaning.
