Comfort that’s worth it!
As an exclusive pumper, get them! They make pumping with you Elvie much more comfortable and gives you a more custom fit, which is VERY important for pumping.

pricey but comfortable inserts for Elvie
My wife got these to go into her Elvie Stride. Her flange size decreased quite rapidly during her postpartum journey and she kept going down in size causing her to need smaller and smaller cups. These fit in her Elvie Stride great and work well. They are a little pricey but she said that they are really comfortable and more comfortable than just the inserts that other companies sell. Shipping was much faster on Amazon than the Elvie site.

Absolutely worth it! Works for my Elvie S1 and my Madela Hands free. I am actually buying another set!

Horrible
Terrible, not worth purchasing. They don't fit well into the breast shield and fall out constantly especially when you're in a hurry to pump. Then you have to wash them and spend 5 minutes drying them around the lip of the seal that doesn't work to keep them in place. Also, when pumping it reduces output because half of the time, unless you have the world's longest nipples, they fall out of place. They also reduce the suction so you have to crank up the pump.

Cushions were so helpful and also gave me some faith again using my Elvie pumps. I hadn’t used the wearables for two months due to flange being too big, once I order these I took the chance on them, took them to Disney and it was a success ! Will order another to have

Doesn't last long
These worked great at first, but after a few uses they don't fit in the breast shield very well and fall out easily, which is frustrating for on-the-go usage. Like most things with this Elvie pump, I am not impressed in the quality for the price.

Great for the price
Came as expected definitely make all the difference in comfort. Fit into plastic faces perfectly. Pumping is so much easier with cushions opposed to normal plastic. Only downside is they fall out when not in use but once pumping suction makes them fall into place.
