After some research and trial with it, 2 scoops is the best for a full workout. Taste is fine, though very very sour (more than your normal "lemon-lime" drink). Also left my very dehydrated and found myself constantly drinking water. Love this creatine as is or can be mixed in anything. Has no taste but does the job. Helps with my growth and recovery.

I can lift noticeably heavier with more push while taking this creatine, almost to the point of lifting more than my body can really handle. It completely dissolves and has an extremely acidic taste.
