Below expectations!
I bought a XPS 13 laptop back in August, but only recently started using it. I am not quite satisfied with the item. My foremost issue is it does NOT have MS products license included!! It said nowhere on the product description that it would not be included. I greatly depend on these app for performing my daily tasks. This is my first time buying a laptop online, and what a disappointment it has turned out to be.!It also has various design issues--the keys on the keyboard are too tight--make it difficult to type, some keys just seem to hang (page up/down). Lid doesn't have a latch to allow for easy opening. and there is no power button (opening the lid will automatically start it). I have had issues with the sound as weel, it worked OK the first couple weeks and then became almost inaudible even when set at maximum. I would not recommend this product to anyone, considering what it is priced at. my advise to you is to go visit a physical store, have a look around, ask questions and then make a purchase. For me it is $1400 down the drain!

Came with everything but not exactly.
Computer came with 2 separate SSD, and the GeForce came supporting the main board video, not as the main video adapter. Wrote to DELL and they confirmed the laptop was refurbished, registered on a different name, and I bought as new.

Dell XPS 13 Camera not working and the return policy date has expired.
This appeared to be a very nice computer. I imaged it for one of our salespeople, but he came back saying his camera wouldn't work. I asked him to send it back to me after doing a lot of troubleshooting with Dell, but it is still not working. I am now putting another image on it, to see if the Camera will start working. It seems to be a driver, but we have literally tried them all. I have exceeded the time limit of 30 days for returns, so I am stuck with dell to sort this out. Our concern is that it was not manufactured for the US from what we can tell, as the labeling doesn't include FCC ratings, but rather UK information on the back.
