Great Customer Care and Helped My Tinnitus!!
I purchased my first one of this in June 2024. While I didn't start using it regularly until around Nov or Dec 2024, I have found that since then, my tinnitus has actually notably decreased in volume, duration, and frequency (I didn't have it constantly). My cord broke for the mat, and I reached out to customer service. Liya was super helpful, sent a new cord, but after it got lost in the mail, she went ahead and sent me a new mat with their updated cord.Because of the surprising results of the tinnitus decreasing (it did come back when I couldn't use the mat or when I wasn't consistent with it), I purchased a second one as a gift for my dad who has really bad, continual and loud tinnitus. It does take a month or two at 30 min/ day to start to see a difference in the tinnitus (at least for me).I've never seen any studies that use red light therapy mats elsewhere on the body to treat tinnitus (I use my mat on my torso), only red lasers shined into the ears, but I can tell you that at least for me, it has worked wonders.Special thanks to Liya for her wonderful customer care!

Dog approved
I like it for myself, but haven’t used it a ton because of busy schedule/routine. Easy to use. Nice time setting. My dog has had some health issues lately and now has edema in her legs and a sore that needs healing. She likes it. Just lays there relaxed.

Item was received on 02/07/2025. As of 04/15/2025 only 3 rows of lights will work consistently. This was my second one of these. The first did not operate properly from the start, that one was returned and this one is the replacement. I am very disappointed in this product. The return window closed on 03/08/2025 so I am stuck with this broken piece of garbage. Will not purchase anything from the company that manufactured this item ever again.After my initial review the company contacted and informed me that they became aware of the defect in their product. They made improvements to negate the issues and sent me an updated version. So far it is performing flawlessly. I have to say it is refreshing to have a company stand behind their product and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. I give my thanks to them and rerate the product and company with 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s.

Seems scammish
Received faulty item. Lights will not turn on when 850nm setting is used.When attempting to correct issue THE DAY I GOT IT, I was sent a response that included this:"I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your Subwoofer.I can see the return window for this product has expired..."1. I did not buy a subwoofer, obviously.2. I literally had the faulty item for an hour and I am being told my return window for this product has expired.

Broke after 7 months
I have loved this and used it almost every day for about 7 months. Unfortunately it stopped working, all but 3 rows of lights. I contacted the company and it took then a while to get back to me (apparently my email came through as spam). However they offered to replace the product. My biggest complaint about this product overall is that the cord comes unplugged while using it regularly.

Half worked and now it does check my UPDATE
Works but you need to be careful when moving it around, the wire inside is disconnected and it goes on and off depending on how it's placed on youUPDATE: 3/19/2025 from 2 stars to 5 starsI was contacted by the company saying that they would like to replace the product since I had issues with it. I did not contact them and was willing to get a new one hopefully this being better than the 1st one I bought.After receiving the new one I noticed that it was the same unit BUT with upgrades. The controller was new and easy to read compared to the older one. The biggest upgrade was the actual instructions and how to use the handheld device. See the 1st unit I bought did not explain how the features worked and with little explanation on how to and I emailed the company numerous times to have them explain what each feature was and never received anything back. This updated version gives you a DETAILED explanation of the remote and breaks down how to use each section which the 1st one did not. The 1st one had heat issues and I got burned twice after testing the new one I was able to see they fixed that issue as well. The latest version is much better and I would buy from them again knowing that they figured out the problems and fixed them and wish to have their customers happy. I'm happy with the new one and hope that their customer service keeps up the good work.

Relaxing
My favorite purchase by far. My doctor has one of these in his office so I decided to get one for home. So much better than paying every time to go to the doctor.

Inconsistent instructions; intermittent defect
The Amazon advertisement, and the instruction book that I received with the product, are contradictory to how the seller says the product is supposed to work, concerning how the frequencies function. According to the seller, the product has been updated, but the Amazon ad and the product instructions book have not been updated to the new product.Feedback from the seller made me realize that there is an intermittent problem with the unit. Sometimes, the unit controller says ON, but no lights are showing. Manufacturer says NIR (which is invisible) is only works when pulsing, so I was wasting my time, using it when I thought it was in NIR mode.Seller initially offered me a $10 credit which I rejected, as I want a working unit. They then wanted me to send video evidence of the defect, and if I did, they would send me a unit that had been returned by another customer .... they said it SHOULD be ok. NO THANKS. I will return the unit to Amazon and purchase from another (hopefuly more reputable seller). I have neuropathy caused by my cancer treatments, and I actually believe it was helping, so I am disappointed in their customer service, and will start researching other products;
