Q: Has anyone tested this product for actual capacity?

I haven't actually run any diagnostic tests but it did run my laptop for double the time my 24600 power bank did so it's probably pretty close.

Q: Can this be charged with a 25w solar panel?

I would think so as it is DC to DC charging. The charging end needs to be a usb c

Not that I know of right now. I have not checked if it has any warranty
