It's non returnable ...and I received it in very bad condition....this is my first time to buy Arata product...ans it's worst experience...product was so dirty and used

These do exactly what they claim to and more. First of all, the smell is lovely and this cream holds my curls without making them look too crunchy. The gel from Arata on the other hand, does make them look and feel a little crunchy but after a few hours, that just gives way to the best looking curls.
