My wife bought a box of 5 Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Snack Bars to try and now I'm buying them every week because they taste so good.. You can't go wrong with 3g net carbs and 7g of protein per bar. I keep them in the refrigerator because I prefer them cold & chewy. The only draw back is when you are eating one, small pieces of chocolate or peanuts fall off which can be messy. Eating with a small plate or bowl is recommended. Now Amazon needs to make them a subscribe & save item!

Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll are amazing and eating one per day satisfies my sweets craving while keeping me in ketosis. Ordered them in August and was worried they would arrive as a melted mess but they were packaged in a foam lined box with two huge gel ice packs so they were in perfect condition so whoever shipped them did an excellent 👌 job!

These bars are delicious! They remind me of a chocolate covered payday. They came while I was at work and i was worried they would be melted by the time i got home but they were delivered in an insulated box with 2 ice packets. They were melted but the product was still in good condition. I just put the box in the fridge for a bit to cool them down.

Good source of fiber and protein, limited calories and I love the light lemon flavor. A bit pricey and a few too many processed ingredients but definitely a healthier snack for an on-the-go treat
