This looks amazing in my treatment room.

Everything is great, it is clean and strong and wide and beautiful. But at its lowest, it does not go low enough for some people to get on, and I had to buy a step stool for some people to get up onto it.

Buying this massage bed made my space looks very aesthetic. And I loved daddy helped me with all procedures I do and with different type of clients. Because sometimes I need to change the height or change it to a seated and also between clients, I lay down and take a nap. I love it.

The media could not be loaded. Love this bed it is definitely comparable to the expensive $3,000 ones Works amazing and was easy to put together I did it myself in an hour or less. It is heavy duty like really heavy duty I accidentally dropped it on my arm and now have a bruise. Make sure to connect the bottom hydraulics before you put the whole bed together and can't figure out how to lower it. Great investment especially for the price! Highly recommend getting it!

Be aware, Horrible customer service, makes it impossible to return, this chair does not hold up men’s weight, become unstable and wobbly. They won’t refund you even with a valid reason~

The motors work smoothly. The chair is probably average in quality. The instructions are minimal. It arrives in 3 large boxes and that is a very good thing! Because it’s a very heavy piece of equipment. It’s not soft but it does seem fairly sturdy.Assembly was a nightmare!! I can’t emphasize enough that assembly was a nightmare! Let me say that one more time. Assembly was a nightmare! It took my husband 3 hours to assemble. His daughter helped. I helped and the son-in-law helped (not at the same time). There’s no video available. The instructions show a piece and tell you where it goes but don’t really show it. The first, like, multi-wire motor? You can’t tell which direction it goes and until you stand back and look? You can’t see how the pieces it goes between fit together. There’s only like 7-8 steps in the assembly process but the pictures are noo help and the writing is so limited that it is hard! If we weren’t so pressed for time and frustrated we would have made a video. The seller needs to make one, for sure! Instead? They sent us another worthless set of instructions. There’s a reason there’s on 39 ratings! Everyone else sent it back!After it is done it’s still just okay but I guess comparing to the great chairs it’s like 3.5 stars.

It was a bit complicated to put together but the seller helped a lot so I did it by myself! It does the job I love it . It’s a bit shaky but that’s all.
