Worked perfectly out of the box! The unit is well made and looks great! All of the new tech brought my tired old truck up to today’s standard. I love the cameras, both front and back. Installation was straightforward. Car play works great along with the Nav and GPS.

Updating now that I’ve had it longer and dropping my 3 star to a 1 star. I finally figured out that the clock updates once connected to my phone, that’s cool. But Netflix just doesn’t work on it at all, got signed into the plaudits, updated the app and it says not compatible when you try to open the app. The speedometer doesn’t work ever at all. It freezes CONSTANTLY. Over all save your money. I’ll be returning this radio asap.Had this installed for almost a week now. First thing that drives me nuts and I can’t figure out is the clock & date. I’ll set it, change the time zone, it won’t stay, turn the car off and the date is completely wrong when it turns back on. Change it again and same thing, I got it to stay correct for a day maybe but that’s it. The touch screen is iffy, it works great but has its moments where it doesn’t work at all. Try to skip a song and it ends up fast forwarding because it will randomly lag. I don’t have the camera hooked up so I can’t speak on that. Wireless CarPlay works great and connects in a few seconds every time. However I bought this radio so we could have Netflix at the bus stop and my toddler wouldn’t be bored waiting for his brother or his bus, but it doesn’t work. Try to open Netflix and it says the app (that was pre-installed) isn’t compatible with this device. Try to open the play store and it doesn’t open. Last thing I’ve noticed that kinda bothers me is the volume, my phone automatically puts the volume up to max when connected but the radio volume is almost maxed out too with having to keep it around 23-25 to be able to have good sound. Will I keep this radio? Idk I’m gonna give it another week maybe, see if I can figure out some of the issues before trying a different one. Overall it’s just ok.

Bought this hoping it was a good buy , and yes it wasIt was easy to install and has a great sound , it’s easy to use and it looks good , I highly recommend this radio

I had very high hopes for this stereo and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Going from a very old aftermarket radio to this updated one with CarPlay was well worth the money! The stereo does everything I was looking for. CarPlay works flawlessly and once I set up the backup camera it worked as expected. If you’re looking for a nice stereo to upgrade your existing one don’t pay name brand prices this one does the exact same thing at half the cost!

Installation was straight forward for anyone who has installed a radio in the past 20 years. Installed in a Sprinter Airstream RV. Screen quality is very good, go with 8gb-64gb for a smoother inter-phase. Included back-up camera doesn't work, hope this review gets me a replacement.I'll update review soon.Update:seller sent a replacement backup camera, work well, four stars! Recently the unit controls went wacky and stopped responding, I push the reset button and it rebooted just fine, maintaining my settings, big plus!The only real issue I have is with the firmware; it doesn't include sound balance/fade control even thou there seems to be a menu page for it. May just need firmware update? Seller?

The equalizer settings that seem to be available in the listing aren't available on the actual head unit. It shows a low pass and high pass filter on Amazon but can't find those settings on the unit.

Having trouble with my back up camera after 3 months

I'm having issues getting the phone Mic to be clear to the caller but after wiring it up I like how it upgraded my standard equipment on my f350. Haven't hooked the backup camera yet not sure if the provided cable is long enough. Radio is clear and I am able to listen to music and podcast on my phone. Navigation is great I love the big screen. Overall great deal
