7 lbs down in a week
I went into this cautiously optimistic and skeptical at the same timeBut after a week I have lost 7 lbs and can see it in my waistline. Im actually shocked, I have tried other supplements and metabolism boosters but nothing has matched the rate of progress this has.The best part? I have only made sure to get my daily minimum of steps in according to my fitness app and that is all. 😳My appetite is lower and my energy feels a bit above the normal so farSome GI upset the first few days but it has lessenedI don’t know what else to say, I am shocked how fast it has worked thus far. If it continues like this I will report back.It is worth trying!! Especially for the price. I also like the natural ingredients.

Good Supplement
This pill is very energizing I love how it makes me feel and yes it does curb your appetite so yes I’d say it very effective, it does what it says and I love the natural ingredients it contains.

Love this lost 6 pounds in a week!! I stopped using and went to apple cider vinegar supplements and have come back and I’m so greatful !! Love the amount of energy I get and weight loss

i take it with my dinner, in the morning its go time! it works well! has a little weird taste. i feel like ive lost weight due to this helping with bloating! its easy to take!

It’s a good product
I like this product, I feel my metabolism works better when I'm consuming it, it's not that it's a weight reducer but it does help metabolize food better.

Doesn’t work
Bought this to try and boost my energy and make me feel less fatigued. This did not work for this purpose. It also gave me a constant stomach ache and a very dry mouth. Would not recommend.Update: not only did this give me a constant stomachache, it also caused horrific cramps in my legs and feet and also caused a very bad dry mouth. I am still trying to recover from all of this. Will never trust any product from Nature’s Bounty again. This should not be for sale.
