This small account book is perfect for my purposes - the home accounts. It is exactly what I wanted.

Excelent but don't forget to pull it out of your cargo pocket before washing!
Always a good choice for note taking at work, home, or play. I prefer these with the hard cover and bound pages for the year or projects. The A6 is great for notes on the go. Just Remember to pull it out before washing your trousers! Oops! =) I would still suggest a hard bound as thin as will fit into a cargo pocket comfortably. A5 is just the right size for when you only hand carry this with a pen and take notes. I wish these with this quality were sold in the USA (last time I tried to buy one in a US store the page marker fell out before I even got to the register and you could feel it didn't match the quality and they were 2x or more the price) I would consider the Collins bound hard cover the standard. For detail work requiring drawings and notes I would go to the A4 size BUT if for note taking I would only go up to A4 size if you fill the page in an A5 most days or if you rough draft code an would in that case use the Ideal dot grid or feit ruled. If you have lots of tasks not associated with each day but just lists then I would use the single cash A5 size and use the square as your checkboxes to note midway (/) and completion (X).

Good buy!
Good little book, but wished I had got a bigger one, as the pages are soon filled up! A good buy though!

but these are the best. Perhaps these four will last me out
I have been looking for these for years in our local shops without success. I have used this type, and others, over the years to keep a close eye on my spending, but these are the best. Perhaps these four will last me out!! Good value for money.
