I received the hand cream the 5th of February and was not happy to find the cap was opened and the cream had squirted into the lid. I am not sure if it should have a silver cap on it to tell if it's been tampered with. very off putting to say the least.The cream is quite a thick substance but still easily absorbed into the skin with no greasiness. Early days yet to see an improvement in my very dry itchy hands. 4 stars because the tube was slightly open and messy.

I brought this as my hands were so dry and sore also I do pick the skin around my nails .It’s has a light fragrance to it which is nice it’s quite thick which I like rather than runny hand creams . It really does make your hands feel soft and I like that it leaves a a soft feeling so when you wash your hands it seems to protect them from a couple of washes . I use it twice a day and I highly recommend it . It has worked for me

Really excellent hand cream. A little goes a long way.

This hand cream is absolutely wonderful. Easy to apply, not at all greasy, and melts in to my skin. Feels lovely. And it lasts right through many handwashes so my hands feel soft and protected throughout the day. I have tried so many hand creams that claim to be for very dry skin (mine was very sore and rough as well, and splitting round my nails) but none of them match up to this one! It has transformed my hands in just a few applications and I won't be using anything else from now on. I feel the price is very fair, too, for such an effective product.
