I used these to re erect a low fence that had blown down in a customers garden. The stakes are absolutely fine for that. They are 1.2m long not 1.02m as one of the previous answers and even though you need to drive them in a fair bit you will still have 80cm or so to use. That is if you don’t mind a discrepancy between height of the posts and height of the screen. This size, 5cm diameter is perfectly sturdy for what you want. Just don’t skimp in how many you need, one every 5/6 foot if it’s a long area and one every 6 foot if it’s shorter.

STURDY AND EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

Excellent, just what I was looking for to keep my pear tree upright. Arrived day after and used one either side and attached with cable ties. Really sturdy and functional and easy to put in. Supports the tree just great. Well worth the value. Bought extra to keep in reserve, but given the quality, it will be a while before I need them.

They quickly sort out a problem

Posts didn't arrive on time (delivery by EVRI) EVRI "LOST" the delivery, I contacted seller and they sent another delivery by a different delivery service which was delivered very quickly, ERVI then found the original delivery after the replacement was delivered. Very good seller let down by EVRI. The post were of good quality and were great for fence posts
